Our Mission Statement
The William Fall Group is comprised of a team
of appraisers, administrative staff and management who work
together as a cohesive unit to provide the utmost in quality
and service to our clients. The success of our company is based
on employee performance and superior customer
satisfaction and we strive to promote both on a daily basis.
Our Service Areas
The William Fall Group has areas of field
operation throughout the eastern United States. These markets
are served by our locally proficient staff which provide a
combination of residential and/or commercial/industrial services.
We continue to look for expansion opportunities, frequently
encouraged by our base of traditional clients.
Our Staff
We employ an experienced and talented appraisal
staff. Our operational model is structured using an employee
based staff that are dedicated to the appraisal industry and
to the service to our customers. Our administrative functions
are staff is centralized in the Toledo office allowing for
maximization of coordinated service , providing a single information

Credentials
We are members of the Appraisal Institute,
American Society of Appraisers and belong
to numerous realtor boards in the areas that we service. Among
our employees are licensed residential, relocation, and FHA
approved appraisers as well as state and certified general
appraisers, SRA's and MAI's. Our staff at all levels adhere
to a high standard of educational commitment and regularly
exceed all industry standards for continuing education.
