What features are offered in the Appraiser Area and Client Areas of your web site?

These areas provide our employees and our clients with an easy and secure way to send and retrieve information at their convenience. They offer services designed to streamline the ordering, tracking and delivery of appraisals and provide the most efficient, cost effective service possible.

I'd like to maximize speed and efficiency by having my appraisals delivered electronically. What software do I need in order to do this?

The only software you need to receive electronic appraisals is Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have it, click here to download your free copy.

I haven't seen the service I need listed anywhere. How can I find out if you offer it?

We're a comprehensive, full service organization offering the vast majority of real estate and valuation services. Chances are we can meet your needs, whatever they may be. Should you have a question regarding a specific service, please contact us.

How much do you charge for an appraisal?

Our fees are very competitive, however, as with any appraiser, they vary depending upon the location and type of property involved, and the complexity of the appraisal needed. Please contact us for a fee schedule.

How long does the appraisal process take?

Our appraisers attempt to make contact for access immediately upon initial receipt of a new assignment. It may take from 1-4 days from the time of inspection to complete a residential appraisal and typically 1-4 weeks for a commercial appraisal. Time frames will vary based on the product requested as well as location and complexity of the assignment. Please contact us to discuss turn around times for any specific product requested.
