APPRAISER REQUIREMENTS -State licensed or State certified It is our tradition to keep in step with a continuous improvement process. Additionally, ongoing internal education and subsequent examination has allowed us to insure quality appraisal products, driving desired results. This educational focus allows us to consistently provide our customers with the best available and reliably detailed review analyses. Our employee staff appraisers have ready access to our Chief Residential Appraiser, John McIntyre, SRA and Daniel Killam, MAI, our Chief Commercial Appraiser.
MENTOR PROGRAM Leveraging the wisdom and lessons learned through years of experience, senior company employees are committed to the educational and experiential development of both, commercial and residential appraisers. Bridging the gap between state minimum required education courses and the appropriate experience oriented training, we find mentoring advantageous to fully utilize the talent and leadership skills of our employees. Our commitment to industry excellence doesn’t end there, additionally we offer an educational and designation reimbursement program, designed to support and encourage high quality academic efforts. |
